Order Policy

Order Cancellation Policy:

For placing your order, 30 percent of custom cake price has to be deposited. If you cancel your order, deposit is not refundable.

we ask that you closely inspect your order during pick up or delivery. You are solely responsible for any damage to the items thereafter.

Custom cakes are fragile and damage can happen if not handled properly during transportation and setup. Damage may also happen due to exposure to excessive heat and humidity. We cannot be held liable for any damage when the item are in your possession. So time of transportation the surface of cake box has to be flat and safe.

Prices/Delivery feet:

All cake prices may vary. We do not have a standard price for a custom cake because it depends on decoration, filling, and flavor. The cake can be very small, but if we consider the decoration to be difficult and requires extra work, it may have a higher price.

About delivery fees:
All deliveries have an additional cost that IS NOT included on the price of the cake. Prices may vary depending on the location. Delivery fee starts from $20 (minimum). There are some cases when the cake needs to be assembled by our staff at the venue, in these cases, the delivery fee might be higher than usual.
